MACI needed higher light levels and less energy waste. The first phase put LED fixtures and networked lighting controls on 800,000 of 1,019,000 square feet. Networked controls let a plant of this size dim, occupancy-sense, and verify lighting energy instead of running every high-bay at full output for the whole shift.
